We use Caldor because we feel safe in the knowledge that they will always provide a 5* service with all jobs completed to a high standard. They go above and beyond in every aspect, on one occasion even going out and buying a fan and taking it to a tenant at 7pm on a Friday evening. It wasn’t something boiler/gas/plumbing related but did it because they’re a genuinely lovely company who always want to help.
They take the stress of arranging repairs away, they deal with the scheduling, collecting keys and moving appointments with little input from us which makes it a much nicer process for us.
Another huge reasoning as to why we love using Caldor is that they never pass the book and if there is a rare instance of a mistake made they tackle it head on, they ring the tenant and resolve the problem immediately which is a complete breath of fresh air.
Pricing is another large issue we find in our industry but with Lynette she is always competitive, transparent and provides a set standard call out which they even complete works in this if they have it on the van!
Overall we cannot recommend Caldor highly enough.
