Initial Enquiry
Customer Care Advisor allocated to call to ask a few simple questions then book a site survey. The free no quotation quote is completed either via video link of a virtual tour of your house or site visit from one of our site surveyors. We provide recommendations for you to choose a robust system to suit both your needs and your budget, with premium alternatives and options to upgrade KW if required.
Payment
Once you are happy with the quote and installation plan we can work with our finance provider to best help you with potential payment options available or alternatively you can pay the balance in full upon completion.
Installation
Once you are happy with your choice of boiler, payment option and the boiler has been installed our after care sales team will take care of registering your warranty, providing aftercare, annual servicing and Gas Safety testing.
